The Edge is crafted for senior tech leaders. It is an immersive retreat in an exceptional retreat centre designed to help you be the best leader you can be. It is designed for CEOs to gain in three essential ways — the curated programme, built and tested by experts in tech leadership; the shared experience, with people who have faced the same challenges as you in business; the ongoing connections that you will forge.
While we do not give out a detailed agenda, as these will be built from the pre-sessions with each participant, we have shared themes and an outline of the days below.
Co-facilitators Ruth Farenga and Garry Pratt have worked with and inspired hundreds of tech leaders through their programmes, consultancy and books.
Alongside specialist core models and frameworks that we will offer, we recognise the wisdom in the room and allow space for that to be shared. We always manage the airtime so that no one person dominates. We create a grounded, open and nature-connected environment so you can optimise your time for meaningful connections, outdoor space and true clarity. Click here to meet the facilitators.
P.S. there will be no PowerPoint.
We strongly recommend you aim to sign off from work for the full two days to get the most from the experience.
45min personal online session about your aims for the 2 days.
There will be the opportunity to continue the connection with the like-minded leaders you meet on this retreat.
The Edge is about giving tech leaders the space to find clarity in work and in life, helping you become a true, exceptional leader of people. The whole experience is carefully curated to achieve balance — an incredible environment, expert facilitators and a programme built specifically for senior tech leaders, CEOs who understand the need for reflection and deep thinking alongside learning, participation and connection.
