As author of the Amazon bestseller 'Next Level Leadership', a TEDx speaker, and host of the Conscious Leaders Podcast, Ruth brings deep expertise in transforming technical leaders into conscious leaders who drive sustainable growth.

Dan leads Tech South West, championing and growing the region's technology sector, alongside his role as CEO of Program, the tech growth consultancy. A former television producer and journalist, now living on the edge of Dartmoor, his understanding of the unique challenges facing tech leaders, combined with his extensive network across the technology ecosystem, brings valuable perspective to The Edge experience.

Garry is the author of ‘The Creativity Factor’ and a seasoned tech entrepreneur. From founding multiple startups to leading walking retreats across the UK and Morocco, he brings a unique blend of commercial acumen and appreciation for how nature enhances leadership development.
